The POOP on Drain Pipes.

The POOP on Drain Pipes.

Cast Iron pipes get old. If your house is 20 plus years old, you will have heavy scale and Rust build up inside of the Cast Iron pipe. This is natural. Cast Iron pipe is metal and when buried, It will rot. Some of the Rot is on the outside of the pipe and most of the Rot happens inside the pipe.

When you have heavy build up inside the pipe, this is when clogs and other problems happen. Cast Iron Rust becomes a “Fish Hook” to waste going down the drain. It will catch the waste and start a clog. This clog will grow larger in place and stop the waste water like a dam, Nothing will go past this.
This is a simple fix.
The Eco Aqua Pipe Scrubber will do what no cable machine or any other machine do. The Eco Aqua Pipe Scrubber will bring the inside of the pipe to a like new smoothness. It will remove all the Rust and Pipe Scale, along with the clog. The side results is the inside of the pipe is slicked up to the point that the pipe moves waste water faster! No cable machine can do that!

Works great on Grease filled pipes too!
Ranger Sewer is the only company who has and uses the Eco Aqua Pipe Scrubber in the United states ! So if you have a ongoing pipe problem, The first call should be to Ranger Sewer.

The truth on proper Septic System Maintenance.

The truth on proper Septic System Maintenance.

Everyday we get calls from people who have no clue on what is the proper and correct way to maintain your Septic, Septic Tank, Septic and Cesspool or Septic Tank and Drain field.

It's simple. If you wait for the downstairs toilet to back up then call to have it pumped, you are asking for a new septic system. When your septic system backs up so badly that it stops the normal operation of a lower toilet or drain, either you have waited too long for service to it, you have been having a ongoing problem and thinking that it will fix itself will happen ( That does not happen) or use your onsite septic system beyond what it was designed for, YOU are abusing it. Simple. Yes it is that simple.

As a Septic system owner, if YOU want to make your septic system work the best, it has to have time to do what it was designed to do, and break down waste to a environmentally friendly waste product. With any septic system, TIME is your friend. The longer and less water you use in the home, the better your septic system will operate.

Water is your enemy. The more you use, the more service you will need. Simple. There are no magic cures to bringing back a backed up or failed septic system other then TIME AND THE LACK OF USE OF WATER.

All septic systems need air! Your septic system is a living and breathing system. If your Inspection Port is covered up, YOU are killing it. If your septic pumping company covers it up, that is a STRONG INDICATION of their LACK OF EDUCATION , and I would not call them back .....EVER. A Inspection Port installed by us that we raise to grade ( So you can still cut your grass without problems), YOUR septic system gets some of the air it needs to operate and dry out. There will be no smells unless your septic system is in bad shape. Lack of fresh air into your septic system is a killer of septic systems!

This is just a few tips on how to keep your septic system operating healthy and cheaply. When you do not care about your septic system that is when you will be spending more money they you should if you just took care of it from the start.
